NSR Consulting is built on more than 12 years of nursing expertise across Oncology, Neuroscience, Trauma, Pulmonary, and Critical Care, complemented by leadership roles in Program Coordination, Infection Prevention, and Clinical Specialization.

My journey began at the bedside, caring for complex trauma and neurocritical patients, and expanded into leadership where I optimized stroke pathways, elevated infection prevention practices, and improved interdisciplinary performance. I also serve as a Board Member of the Virginia Wright Health Clinic in Kenya, where I contribute to strategic planning and initiatives that enhance patient care and strengthen clinic operations.

Since 2018, I have dedicated my practice to Legal Nurse Consulting, supporting attorneys in medical malpractice and product liability litigation.

As a Legal Nurse Consultant, I:

• Conduct comprehensive medical record reviews to identify deviations from standards of care

• Prepare chronologies, timelines, and case summaries that clarify complex clinical scenarios

• Analyze workflows and patient outcomes to strengthen case strategy

• Collaborate with medical experts, providing tailored research and preparation for depositions and trial

• Translate medical language into clear, actionable insights for attorneys, juries, and stakeholders
